Orion's Belt was a virtual representation of one of Basim Ibn Ishaq's genetic memories.
Description
Basim was tasked with eliminating the mastermind of the attacks on the merchants.
Contract
Orion's Belt
- My dear Basim, you continue to surprise and impress!
Now then, I believe the bandits' ringleader will be making an appearance at Qasr Salih. Your mission is simple: stake out the Qasr Salih gate, identify the target, and eliminate him.
–The Trade Delegate
Dialogue
Basim accepted the contract and made his way to Qasr Salih gate. There, he waited until the afternoon and saw two men arrive.
- Alnitak: Our brother was careless. He took too many risks. That is what got him killed.
- Alnilam: Perhaps, but we have taken a risk ourselves by coming here together. Something about that message makes me suspicious.
- Alnitak: Then let us go. You keep an eye on the docks, while I see to the men.
Basim watched the remaining brothers enter Qasr Salih.
- Basim: Twins! Or should I say triplets? Until recently... No matter, both of these wretches must die.
Basim sought one of the brothers and managed to kill him.
- Basim: One more to go.
Basim then tracked the remaining brother on the other side and ultimately killed him, too.
- Basim: The brothers have been reduced to nothing.
Outcome
Basim assassinated the perfume trader's brothers, ending the opposition against the other merchants.
