Nitria was a Egyptian village and quarry located in the middle of Saqqara Nome.

The village is build around the quarry, which is the main source of Natron for all of Egypt, which was used to dry the bodies of the death with during the embalming process.

Sometime in 48 BCE, the Medjay Bayek visited the village during his quest to hunt down the Order of the Ancients. He helped the local villagers with relighting the braziers lit for Anubis' protection.[1]
