Masireh was a West African gold trader active in Timbuktu during the 14th century. Masireh and his family exploited secret gold mines in Ghana, the Mines of Wangara, that attracted the covetousness of unscrupulous individuals.
During the 21th century, Grace Collins relived his memories through the Animus and witnessed his kidnapping by a Moroccan merchant. However, Masireh lied telling the merchant that he didn't knew the location of the mines as he was in charge of the trade while his brother was in charge of the mines. He then cleverly tricked the merchant with a false map that his brother supposedly left for him in the case he died.
Trivia
- Masireh is an ancestor of Grace and David Collins, two 21th century teenagers working for the Templars.
