Maqwat was a member of the Hidden Ones who operated alongside Tahira in Sinai, Egypt during the reign of Cleopatra.
Biography
In 38 BCE, Maqwat was placed in charge of observing Ampelius, one of Rufio's lieutenants and a member of the Order of the Ancients known as The Administrator who occupied the Walls-of-the-Ruler. When the Hidden Ones Mentor Bayek set out to hunt down Ampelius, Maqwat met up with him in an old watchtower across the fort, giving Bayek details of his target and requesting him to rescue a fellow Hidden One in the fort.[1]
Sometime after the destruction of the Hidden Ones bureau in the Klysma Nome, Maqwat, along with the rest of the Hidden Ones, moved to a cave in the Arsinoe Nome.[2]
