La Reina Sonriente (English: The Smiling Queen), was a renowned brothel located in Seville in the late 15th century. It was owned and operated by the Spanish Thieves' Guild.[1]
Flora de la Cruz, famous for her beauty and grace, was regarded as the top courtesan in the establishment, with Angela Carillo second to her. Both later joined the Spanish Brotherhood of Assassins.[1]
