Kingston is the capital and largest city of Jamaica.

During the Golden Age of Piracy, Kingston was a British colony, and was commonly visited by pirates, including the pirate Assassin Edward Kenway. It was also home to Laurens Prins, with his mansion and plantations occupying a large portion of the northwest.

During Kenway's travels and adventures, it was the meeting place for Templars Laureano Torres y Ayala and Benjamin Hornigold, as well as the city from which Woodes Rogers acted as Governor of the island.

Across the harbor to the south, the city was protected by Port Royal, a British fort most infamous as the main prison in the West Indies for pirates to be held. Famous inmates include Jack RackhamCharles VaneEdward KenwayMary Read, and Anne Bonny

Kingston also had its own Assassin Bureau, which was headed by the Master Assassin Anto.
