The Isola di San Michele (English: Island of San Michele), also called the Island of the Dead is an island in the Venetian Lagoon in Veneto, Italy. It was home to a cemetery and a church dedicated to Saint Michael.[1] Beneath the island was a temple built by the Cult of Hermes where a fake Staff of Hermes was hidden.
