The Hualien Trading Company was a trading company under the Qing Empire during the 18th century, dealing mainly in ceramics and tea.[1]
Within the Portuguese colony of Macau, Master Sun served as the head of the branch during the 1720s. Under the Templars' influence, he collaborated with Alan Jacob of the Far East Company and Jan van Aert of the Dutch East India Company to sabotage a rival trading company led by Madam Lee and benefit their own respective businesses in the process.[2]
