Doom Eagle is an international criminal organization based in Southeast Asia.
Led by Nathan Zhang, it worked alongside the Zhawang Corporation led by Nathan's relative Claire Zhang as part of an operation to rescue Noa Kim, a descendant of the Zhang Wei Union's founder Edward Kenway who was kidnapped by the Templar Shimazu Sei for Abstergo Industries.[1]
