An '''Assassin's Seal''' is a seal of a legendary assassin that is required to unlock [[Altaïr's Armor]] locked in the [[Sanctuary]] in [[Monteriggioni]]. There are 6 Assassin's Seals and they can be obtained by completing several [[Secret Locations|Assassin Tombs]]. Once obtained, they can then be placed at the pedestals of their corresponding statues where each seal placed causes a corresponding bar to retract into the wall. Once all seals are placed, [[Ezio]] obtains Altaïr's Armor and can equip and unequip it whenever he pleases.

The six Assassin Seals

Assassin Seals were round, stone seals that each represented a legendary Assassin, and bore their characteristic weapon. Totaling six in number, the seals were required to gain access to the Armor of Altaïr, which was locked in the Sanctuary beneath the Villa Auditore in Monteriggioni.[1]

During his journey across Italy, the Italian Assassin Ezio Auditore retrieved the seals by traversing several Assassin Tombs and taking the seals from the Assassins' sarcophagi. Once recovered, he placed the seals at the pedestals of the corresponding statues in the Sanctuary. Each correct placement caused one of the bars that prevented him from gaining the Armor of Altaïr to retract. Once all seals had been brought to the Sanctuary, Ezio obtained the Levantine Assassin Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad's custom armor set.[2]
