The POE page has been completely rewritten, so you wouldn't find it by now. But i is completelly different from ï. They are two different characters. Well one thing I can think of is when I read about 'users like to be recognized'... Well we got a community link where you see the forum, the staff etc on... Then why don't we also put one for the high contributors themselves on that list. A list that displays all their names on it and icons similar to the staff page, which I think will only motivate them to do more, cause say if someone is inactive for a long time, we remove them. That's interesting... Don't know about the picture, but a list for top editors (excluding we sysops) is a great idea.
Listen, since activity here is going back up again, somewhere in the next month I plan to make our first staff meeting. We'll sort out the time tables (since we have people from all over the world) to schedule it when all or most can take part. It will have plenty of advertising before too. Well D.Cello is the main admin here, so he decides what appears on the main page. He does change the content from time to time. I'm sure he has a reason why he doesn't change it often. What third assassin?

You undid one of my revisions on this stating that there may be a possible third assassin in ACIII. Your edit included "no assumptions" as a reason. Im trying to be respectful since you're the admin here, but there is no third assassin in ACIII (and its actually ACB, since its Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, not III.) First AC Brotherhood is a spin-off, it's not the last of the trilogy. There will be an Assassin's Creed III. And that will have another possible different ancestor to Desmond. Secondly what you wrote is only a theory, an assumption, and if we can't back up that the information you put in is completely valid, then it won't be included in this wiki. Hey Altair (still trouble with that 'i'), I noticed on Master Sima's blog post that, like myself, you have a bit of interest in the concept of Feudal Japan for Assassin's Creed III, and I noticed your samurai-styled Assassin image, (which I admit you did some really nice work on, I liked your concept) but I thought you would be interested in looking at an image I found on deviantArt.com. Yeah I had noticed, and some were just lucky edits, but that's because I have to say a bit of a clumsy editor, who makes mistakes and has to correct them. So that's often two edits, instead of one. So I don't really think about it. And some were just some lucky edits. Like making the 14,000th edit. Got a few of those too, but no wonder being so active and making so many mistakes lol. But I did see some throphy hunter yesterday. He was adding really much pictures yesterday and possibly the day before, cause he already has like a badge for adding a 100 pictures, while he's still pretty new. I'll have to warn him, cause often he puts these pictures at strange places, or without a caption. I often have to correct that. But I'll speak about it with him next time I see him, doing it again. There are other members who have lucky edit badges. I've got a few of them. You get it with every thousand edits that is made on this wiki. I think it would be a bit useless. Most of the moderators we have are fast enough to cover this themselves. If articles are vandalized then these filters become useless. Here and there I might delete comments if the swearing is OTT, but I'm okay if there's a bit of swearing. I know you're on hiatus right now, and that it may be a while before you read this, but I noticed on the Timeline Talk page you mentioned how long the article is going to be. I'm new to all this so I don't know if what I'm about to suggest is a stupid idea or even possible, but can you add a filter to the beginning of the page, so the reader can choose if they want to to see a timeline of just deaths, births, battles, construction of famous landmarks and stuff like that. It would make looking for a particular event much easier, and shorten the page so it's not a massive heap of information. Edit on Trophies/Achievements?

Under the Trophies/Achievements section of the AC: Brotherhood article, it states that it is unknown why an in game morse code is translated and found to be "I AM ALIVE". It is possible that it is referring to a Ubisoft game in development titled, "I AM ALIVE". Yeah, a few words of explanation. Like I said I completely understand your decision. But I am going to be honest with you. The main reason I was very active here was becausse I took pride in being an admin at your side and Master Sima Yi. So maybe I am taking this too personal, but the fact that this decision was made without properly discussing it with me, comes as a big stab in the back. You were an awesome admin.. You and Sima were the best out of them all past and present (including WarClown, the currently absent user that replaced you), I think you score JUST A BIT more points than Sima though for frequenting many of mine and other users' rants about some articles needing huge changes that no other admin would care about (like the Battle tactics page).

Maybe you can rise up and from recruit become an admin again? Haha.

Well, before everyone starts crying on their blankets, let me repeat the motive of Al's demotion from sysop status: he was absent from edits and 99% of wiki activity (except answering his talkpage) for almost half a year. I CAN'T have a inactive sysop on the board, so I asked Sima to talk to him on my behalf, and when Al said he still shouldn't be coming back for real for a time, I let War to do the job we were lacking for 4 or 5 months.

Mate, in the four months you did nothing we went from 600 articles to a thousand-and-twenty. You missed a LOT. My commitment is with the wiki, and we had the decency to ask you if you would come back and stay. Your answer? Quote following:

Sysops are the overseers, they MUST stay active, at least two of them, ALL of the time, and with you on staff, whenever me or Sima needed to leave, the other would handle 100% of the wiki's admin tasks.
Greater powers, greater responsabilities. If you plan to focus on everything else besides this community, you don't deserve a spot on the staff. We like here enough to make a commitement to give part of our personal lives to manage this place, and currently, your personal life with your new wife is (and really should be) your highest priority. Despite your wish to remain as a admin or no, I won't have someone in my ranks that's planning to leave someday shortly and all the while stays as a sysop. Everything you've been doing in the past SIX months (even before you went away) you can do without sysop powers. Honestly? The sysop badge was a ego boost above everything in your case. Just saw the picture of you on the top of the Santa Maria del Fiore and I must say, I'm seriously impressed - for how long did you have to queue to get up there?

After having already been in Venice, I went on a trip to Florence this summer (not because of AC, but I used the chance to visit San Gimignano and Monteriggioni besides some other cities as well :P) and I eventually gave up queueing there, my tourist guide books warned me about it too. So i just checked out the interiour and climbed the campanile instead. Is it worth the waiting?

It was a long time waiting. I can't remember how long, and the climb goes slow, but the view is astonishing. You really feel like you are at viewpoint. It's only a shame I couldn't take a leap of faith down lol. So yeah it is worth it. I'm already talking to my wife of going back to Florence. I can imagine that, but the view from the campanile was amazing as well - and I did not have to queue at all, just watch my steps when climbing it, since some tourists apparently vomitted on the stairs. I have to say, I personally prefered Venice. I've been there before the release of AC2 and one of the first things I could think of was seriouly "An AC would be epic here". It's a fair enough presumption as well. I enjoy editing the Wiki where I see fit but I also understand that all the information has to be relevant so I make sure to only complete minor edits such as mentioning something new in a trivia section or rewowrding a paragraph to correct grammar and spelling. Best probably is to keep a good eye on wiki activity in general, because not only the new articles need to be edited. Yeah She playes games. Mostly RPG's, but she likes Assassin's Creed too, mostly the first and second one. That's why I was glad that they wanted the feel of the cities the same feeling as ACII. Stucturewise it's also very similar, because the streets were too wide in ACIII and the frontier was a bit too boring imo. So I have more hope for this one.
