Kama Neron is an employee at Abstergo Entertainment. In 2013, Neron was involved in an email chain led by Abstergo's Chief Creative Officer Olivier Garneau regarding potential time periods for exploitation via Animus products. Unlike most of their colleagues, Neron felt that the company was limiting itself by only focusing on historical conflicts, and that it was missing an opportunity by not exploring the genetic memories of "someone who worked with Albert Einstein in his patent office? Or Charles Darwin on the Beagle? Or Marie Curie in France? Moments where humans showed their very best potential?"[1]

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

In an interview with Assassin's Creed: Initiates members in December 2013, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag's Lead Scriptwriter Darby McDevitt revealed that Kama Neron's name is a portmanteau of Ubisoft's cinematic directors Kama Dunsmore and Richard Neron.[2]
