Darius was a Greek man who owned a horse farm in Cyrenaica during the 1st century BCE.

Around 47 BCE, Darius' most prized stallion Hermes was stolen by a Roman quartermaster, who sold it to a Roman praefectus at the Chersonesos Roman Fort. He requested the Medjay Bayek of Siwa to help him retrieve his horse, a task he later succeeded in.[1]
