Trøndelag

Trøndelag is a region of Norway.

The ancestors of Helga Gislasdottir and Rig Reidarasson were part of the nobility of Trøndelag and the fylki of Frosta, one of Norway's last petty kingdoms before its unification under Harald Fairhair.[1]
