Frosta

Frosta is a municipality of Norway.

The ancestors of Helga Gislasdottir and Rig Reidarasson were part of the nobility of Trøndelag and the then-fylki of Frosta, part of the last petty kingdoms of Norway before its unification by Harald Fairhair.[1]
