The Mouse jogs off to a farm in the Southeast corner of Kyrenaika, near the east border with Marmarica. Unfortunately, like other ex-quest givers, he no longer can be interacted with so you won't learn anything else. Worse, if you advance time he seems to have despawned and cannot be found anywhere on the farm grounds, leaving the original inhabitants of the farm (presumably the same happens if you simply leave the area far enough).
I suppose the designers cared enough to walk NPCs to an appropriate destination after their quests are done, but since they aren't explicitly flagged to spawn there, they don't reappear when you revisit the area. Fits the same pattern of not being able to interact with them after their quests are done too. They're no longer needed, so the game doesn't bother spawning them. Efficient, probably, but still disappointing for role players interested in seeing NPCs being settled elsewhere. I just happened to follow this guy after his quests but it's likely the same thing happens to other NPCs when their quests are done. - Spinfx (talk) 15:56, 6 September 2021 (UTC)
