Talk:The Birth of a Legend
Relevancy[edit source]
I don't think this memory page is warrented. While I can see that it was made to lump all Ezio stuff together, since the transcript of this AC2 scene currently resides in "21st century conversations" page, and although there is precedent with the Battle of 300 in Odyssey's opening being turned into its own memory page after being moved from the modern day transcripts, this memory does not even have a prospective name to go by and its title is subject to opinion, even if Ezio is highly-lauded both in-universe and outside of it. – Darman (talk) 23:40, 10 January 2022 (UTC)
- We could change its name to "The Birth of an Assassin". It is the name of the official trophy related to completing this memory. - TiagoFF (talk) 23:44, 10 January 2022 (UTC)
Sorry, I just noticed now that this is already in the Modern Day page. I didn't copy it because I made the transcript myself. - TiagoFF (talk) 23:48, 10 January 2022 (UTC)- No worries, I don't know how many people (readers and users alike) actually know it's actually there anyways, since it's such a relatively short scene surrounded by the tense modern day stuff of Desmond and Lucy's "escape" from Abstergo and relocation to Shaun and Rebecca. Using the trophy name is certainly a possibility, but we should obvs wait for more input on this before deciding. – Darman (talk) 00:05, 11 January 2022 (UTC)
- Yes, I agree with you, we should wait for more opinions on this. Meanwhile, I'll try to improve the vocabulary based on what's on the Modern Day page. Btw, with all the excitement of creating a new memory, I added it to the respective template before we speak. If need be, I can remove it. - TiagoFF (talk) 00:12, 11 January 2022 (UTC)

I agree with Darman, I don't really think this memory page is warranted. I'd argue that the Battle of 300 doesn't even form a precedent cause that one is not a cutscene inside a bigger cutscene. - Soranin (talk) 00:16, 11 January 2022 (UTC)
