When does a Shard of Eden appears in Assassin's Creed IV? --Doggieboy9 (talk) 23:11, August 15, 2014 (UTC)
It doesn't.--Bovkaffe (talk) 23:13, August 15, 2014 (UTC)
The Mayan Armor is crafted from Shards. Stormbeast ♉ The Helpful Place 23:58, August 15, 2014 (UTC)
Name[edit source]
I think it's fair to say that since AC3 they've changed the name of these artifacts to "Rings [of Eden]", as that's what they're referred to as in the AE files:Crypto-History: Locations|Crypto-History: Locations in AC4. The Mayan outfit from AC4 is said to be made from Shards, which, considering somewhere that Nikolai's shard was referred to as a "Shard of Eden", seems to be an umbrella term for [broken/leftover] pieces of First Civ technology. -- Master Sima Yi Talk 20:31, November 1, 2015 (UTC)
Nobody has any comment on this? -- Master Sima Yi Talk 13:54, March 2, 2016 (UTC)
I totally agree with you. Rename the page; rings of eden Spanish assassin (Talk) 14:27, March 2, 2016 (UTC)
I agree as well. ACC:Russia refers to the remains of the staff as a shard of eden, so it would make sense to rename it. Soranin (talk) 14:36, March 2, 2016 (UTC)
- Never saw this, but yes, I was thinking the same thing, since Chronicles: Russia calls the Royal Scepter shard "Nikolai's Shard of Eden" consistently. Although about the Mayan outfit, I thought it was made from Rings of Eden, hence it's projectile diverting properties? — Zero-ELEC (talk) 19:44, March 2, 2016 (UTC)
The thing is that aesthetically the Mayan armor bears no similarity to the rings or the material they're made from, rather looking like pieces of scrap metal attached together. -- Master Sima Yi Talk 19:53, March 2, 2016 (UTC)
Was that also not the description of the Mayan armor somewhere? Something along the lines of it being made out of gathered First Civ Isu materials? Well, I don't quite recall. Anyhow, I agree on the name change. Sorry for not spotting this thread earlier, Sima. :) Amnestyyy (Contact me!) <helper /> 01:39, March 3, 2016 (UTC)
Go ahead and move the page. Sounds to me Shaun called it a Shard because it was so small. --Alientraveller (talk) 12:10, March 3, 2016 (UTC)
Jeanne d'Arc[edit source]
After reading Heresy I'm pretty certain that Jeanne had a Ring of Eden or something with a similar similar design but different function that accounts for the Voices.Lacrossedeamon (talk) 12:41, December 10, 2016 (UTC)
Went back to check. Chapters seven and eighteen are where it is mentioned with references also in thirty four and thirty five. Lacrossedeamon (talk) 13:58, May 19, 2017 (UTC)
Question[edit source]
