Subject 12?

This is an ongoing discussion.

Subject 12 specifically relived the Philadelphia Project. Could this have been have been Maxime reliving Eddie Gorm's memories? We see him do this in the Bloodstone comic but could he have also done it prior to his kidnapping by the Adler's? If someone could ask Guillaume Dorison that would be great.
