General noun

Khidmah token should probably be treated as a general noun, not a proper noun, just as words for other currencies like florins, dirham, and drachmae are general nouns which are not capitalized. The term is capitalized in the "Favors" tutorial page of the game's Codex because it is being described as a gameplay term/concept there, and it is common practice in the industry for gameplay terms to be treated as proper nouns and capitalized. From an in-universe perspective though, it makes more sense for this to be a general noun unless it is actually capitalized in the subtitles of dialogue. In the one memory I can remember them being named (Contact The Rebels, the memory where they are introduced), it is capitalized:

• Basim: What do I do with it?
• Beshi: It is a Khidmah Token. Those who understand its value will do what is in their power to help. [...]
