Name[edit source]
Should this not be Battos, as it's by far the most common (if not the only) spelling of the name found in Assassin's Creed: Origins? Sadelyrate (siniath) 11:31, June 11, 2020 (UTC)
- If its the only spelling in Origins then sure. Where is Battus mentioned in ACO anyway? V i l k a T h e W o l f (talk) 11:40, June 11, 2020 (UTC)
- his tomb and his bow not sure if elsewhere. Lacrossedeamon (talk) 12:04, June 11, 2020 (UTC)
- There's also Cyrene's Spear. And I think he may be mentioned once or twice in related quests, and stuff like that. But the spelling really seems to always be BattOs, not BattUs. Eta: memory Founding Father, note about Apollonion of Cyrene, and could've sworn he gets name dropped in either or both of the Discovery Tours... Sadelyrate (siniath) 12:07, June 11, 2020 (UTC)

Discovery Tour: Ancient Egypt names him as "Battos Aristottle" (The Founding of Cyrene: "Cyrene"), so I'm for changing it to Battos Aristottle, also known as Battus I of Cyrene. or something like like. V i l k a T h e W o l f (talk) 12:15, June 11, 2020 (UTC)
- But really, when has Battus ever appeared as the spelling in Assassin's Creed? If it never has, this shouldn't be a question at all. Sol Pacificus(Cyfiero) 20:21, June 11, 2020 (UTC)
