Identity?

Any guesses? I was hoping to add something as trivia but can't find anyone that fits close enough. The best I found was either Ludwig Andreas von Khevenhüller Austrian nobility and military leader but not a prince or Charles Edzard, Prince of East Frisia a prince whose death paved the way for Prussian takeover but not Austrian.
