Studio Lounak
Studio Lounak is a Canadian art company that focuses on comics, illustrations and animations.[1]

On 27 March 2023, Studio Lounak announced their desire to celebrate the series' 15th anniversary with a graphic novel anthology featuring work by more than 20 artists, with non-canonical[2] stories set in different time periods, by creating a campaign on Kickstarter that would start at a later date. The fundraising campaign began on 11 April and asked for $125,000 within a month, but by 10 May, the project had only earned just over 51% of the necessary funds, failing to meet its goal and cancelling the project.[3]
On 22 July, it was revealed that despite the failure of the kickstarter project, Studio Lounak would keep the idea going, with a series under the same name. Each issue is said to feature two stories,[4] and the first one is slated for a 15 November 2023 release.[5]

The partnership between Studio Lounak and Massive Publishing will provide a full year of Assassin's Creed comics that will go beyond Visionaries and will include "prestige format issues of Studio Lounak's original Assassin's Creed stories (such as Assassin's Creed The Fall and The Chain) but also some stories that had never before released through the direct market before.
Visionaries #1 will contain a story set during the seventies' Brazilian Dictatorship, where a revolutionary fighter is captured and sent to a military basement while the second story is set in a future where the Templars are on the verge, yet again, of eliminating the Assassin Brotherhood once and for all."
