Simon Goinard is a French artist and freelance illustrator. His first work with Ubisoft was making the key art for the 2015 side-scrolling game Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China;[1] it was eventually reused for the cover of the 2019 non-canon novel Assassin's Creed: The Ming Storm and its various translations. In 2017, he did a variant cover for the fifth issue of the comic Assassin's Creed: Uprising and also created all of the Red Lineage Collection's second series of limited-edition character prints that were sold through Ubiworkshop.[2]
