An Officer's Saber

The Officer's Saber was a sword issued to officers of the National Guard.

During the 18th century, the French Assassin Arno Dorian acquired a sword of this type, which became a favorite of his. For this reason, it was labeled Arno's Sword when it featured in 2014 as a mod in Abstergo Entertainment's Animus research sessions of Shay Cormac's memories. Later it was included as the Unity Sword in the Abstergo Industries product Rebellion, where they claimed that it was a Sword of Eden even though there was no evidence of this in the memories of Arno accessed with Helix.
