Fur

Fur is a layer of hair that covers partially or fully the bodies of certain mammals. Fur varies in form and function. Due to the Isu's genetic modification of primates,[1] fur on humans only covers the top of the head as hair and the body lightly, though the amount of hair varies from person to person. On other mammals such as bears, their fur is thick and covers all parts of their body.
Throughout human history, fur of various animals have been used as a basic material for crafting such things as clothing, gear, and decorations.

During the Early Middle Ages, Norse people were very accustomed to using fur as a material. The skona Eivor Varinsdottir had fur-lined armor and had a wolf pelt around her shoulders as a part of her cloak.[2]
