Ladas Bandit Camp

The Ladas Bandit Camp was a bandit camp situated in a cave beside Patrai in Achaia, Greece.

During the Peloponnesian War, the camp was visited by the Spartan misthios, Kassandra, who eliminated the bandits and claimed their valuables.

Behind the scenes

The name of the camp may be a reference to an athlete named Ladas, who won won the first place in discus during one of the Olympic Games, and for that, a village in Messenia was named after him.
