The Kaiser Wilhelm Institute of Anthropology, Human Heredity, and Eugenics was a scientific institute in Berlin, Germany.

In September 1942, Eddie Gorm and his superor Otto Hammerstein attended a celebration held at the institute, where they came across the phyisican Josef Mengele. During their talk, Mengele informed Gorm and Hammerstein of his excitement about his progress on the Übermensch, the superman, thanks to the help of General Gero Kramer, before telling Gorm that his superior wanted to meet him.
