The Hero's Message was a teppō that Yasuke obtained in 1582. That year, Yasuke and fellow Kakushiba ikki member Fujibayashi Naoe found a treasure chest at the Hikidan-jo Ruins in Tsuruga and retrieved the firearm from it.[1]
