Elgrfors

Elgrfors was the home of the great white elk, the Elk of Bloody Peaks, in southeastern Rygafylke, Norway. In the 870s, the Viking Eivor Varinsdottir came across the gigantic elk and began to battle the animal. After a tenuous fight, she killed the elk and acquired its head as a trophy.
