The Commercial Stoa was a covered walkway west of the House of Solon in the northeastern part of Athens, Greece.
A guarded sector, the area was visited by the misthios Kassandra in 431 BCE, who came to report her success of hampering the Sparta tropps outside Athens to Kleon. There, she was requested by the general to help him free his informant who had been captured by the Spartans.[1]
