The Basra Gate was one of the Gates of Baghdad, located in the southeast of the Round City. It was named after the city of Basra as the road out of Baghdad leads to the city.
During the 860s, the Hidden One Basim Ibn Ishaq solved an enigma at the balcony located directly at the top of the gate, where he found a dye for the Abbasid Knight outfit.[1]
