Early life and career[edit | edit source]
In 2015, Charlene Altamirano volunteered at SOS Villages d'Enfants as a Mathematics Tutor. Altamirano graduated from Asia Pacific College in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science and Information Technology majoring in Game Design and Development, while she was interning at Ubisoft Philippines.[1]
Assassin's Creed[edit | edit source]
For her first project as part of the development team behind Assassin's Creed: Valhalla, Altamirano created a set of 6 modular pieces of Roman architecture present through Asgard.[2] She was also responsible for creating other Roman assets throughout England such as the bridges, where she created three different variants of Roman bridge.[3][4][5] For the first Valhalla expansion, Wrath of the Druids, Altamirano made another bridge as part of the Architectural team,[6] as well as a set of Trade Post stairs,[7] as well as assets for the Hill of Tara.[8] For The Siege of Paris expansion she made several churches.[9][10] She later rigged and integrated several assets for various Helix Store packs; modelled a settlement decoration from the High Elf Pack,[11] weapons and naval assets for the Dragon Knight Pack,[12][13] the Ancestors' Scythe from the Sorcerer Weapon Pack,[14] the Fantastical Weapon Pack,[15][16] and the Vibrant Weapon Pack.[17] She also handled rigging and integration for the Assassin's Creed: Valhalla ✖ Destiny 2 promotional collaboration.[18]
