Skavi
Skavi was a dwarven blacksmith who lived in Svaladal, Svartálfaheimr.
Biography[edit | edit source]
Working as a blacksmith, he used to armor and equip the dwarven army, but after they lost too many battles, he was resorted to creating utensils and mundane equipment for the dwarves hiding within Jordeygr Shelter.[1] During the Muspel and jötnar invasion, Skavi encountered and rescued a wounded raven, which he named Kraka. Without realizing it, Skavi had saved a male Jotun warrior, who in turn, used his raven form to acquire multiple treasures.[2]
One day, Skavi lost his raven, who had flown to a Muspel monolith to find treasure. While Skavi bemoaned his loss, the Æsir lord Havi of Asgard heard his strife. Skavi told Havi his situation, and Havi promised to look for Kraka while Skavi waited. Upon Havi's return, he gave Skavi the treasure Kraka found and told the smith that Kraka had left for his own path. Skavi accepted Kraka's departure and headed back to his job at his shelter's blacksmith.[2] Once back at the shelter, Skavi was visited by Havi to update and enhance the lord's Hugr-Rip.[1]

Depending on the player's choice, Skavi may or may not learn the truth of Kraka's true identity.
