Simon Swins (died 1888) was one of Jack the Ripper's lieutenants operating in the City of London. In November 1888, Arthur Weaversbrook asked the Assassin Evie Frye to deal with Jack's lieutenants gathered at the Cannon Street station. Swins was one of the lieutenants attending the meeting, but despite the presence of his bodyguards, he was assassinated by Evie, who scared away the guards.[1]
