Conflation with Cu Chulainn

So the main dev for WotD has said that they "assumed" Lug and Cu Chulainn to actually be the same individual. I'm not sure how we want to deal with this. Leaks point to Isle of Skye as a location in the next DLC and Cu Chulainn has mythological ties to that place so I say we wait until then as it might be different writer who adapt him differently. Id say we should change it with the information we have currently and then change it when the isle of skye dlc gets released. or atleast we should put a behind the scenes mention of them being the same or put the info in disimnbigous.BearticWiki (talk) 10:48, 22 August 2021 (UTC)

Honestly i compleatly dissagree, Lugh's spear in the river raids just appears to be a normal spear and as his armour says it was "supposedly" worn by the god lugh so we can probably assume the same for the spear. The gae bolg in wrath of the druids share the same powers as Lugh's spear but has the name of Cu's spear so wouldnt it make more sense if they were the same? If the writer considered Lug and Cu as the same isu then it should be so until any future info.BearticWiki (talk) 07:12, 14 September 2021 (UTC)
