Ptolemy XIV
Ptolemy XIV (c. 60 BCE – 44 BCE) was a son of Ptolemy XII Auletes and one of the last members of the Ptolemaic dynasty.
After the death of his older brother Ptolemy XIII during the Battle of the Nile in 47 BCE, Ptolemy XIV was proclaimed pharaoh and co-ruler by his older sister Cleopatra.[1] Following his death in 44 BCE, he was replaced by Cleopatra and Gaius Julius Caesar's son, Caesarion.[2]
