Muhammad IV was the Hafsid King of Tunesia, reigning from 1494 to 1526.

In 1511, Muhammad IV received bribes from the Templars to allow only Templar-approved merchants from bringing goods into the market. These bribes were stolen by Ottoman Assassins sent from Constantinople by Ezio Auditore da Firenze, and put to other uses.
