Desmond Miles' mother

The mother of Desmond Miles was married to William Miles, and they lived together with about eleven other couples in an off-the-grid Assassin compound known as "the Farm" in the Black Hills, South Dakota, United States. She gave birth to Desmond in 1987, often informing him of the secret war they were waging with the Templars and Abstergo Industries. In 2003, Desmond ran away from the Farm, thinking his parents to be mere conspiracy freaks and not being able to deal with the emotional distance of his father, with which his mother had learned to handle. The Farm was later attacked by an Abstergo team in 2012, but both William and his wife managed to escape before the team arrived there.
