Chafiq Elharar

Chafiq Elharar was a stall owner in Marrakech, Morocco during the late 21st century.

Biography

Around 2081, near Jemaa el-Fnaa, Chafiq had made contact with the Assassin Geoff Eastman, who mentioned to be on the lookout for any person that leaves an "owl" as an means for communication. Unexpectedly, Geoff's son Joel Eastman arrived and presented Elharar with an owl figurine. Elharar initially spoke with him but then refused a paper message. Subsequently, two Templar operatives Idrissi and Hamza Belkacem, who had been surveilling them, confronted Joel. When Eastman ran, they pursued the Englishman but failed. The Templars later tried to apprehend Chafiq, but the stall owner had fled and ultimately abandoned his home.
