Chafiq Elharar was a stall owner near Jemaa el-Fnaa in Marrakech, Morocco during the late 21st century.

Biography[edit | edit source]

Around 2081, Chafiq had made contact with the Assassin Geoff Eastman, who mentioned to be on the lookout for any person that leaves an "owl" as an signal for communication.[1] However, when Geoff's son Joel Eastman arrived with an owl figurine, Elharar initially spoke with him but then refused a paper message from him. Subsequently, two Templar operatives Idrissi and Hamza Belkacem, who surveilled the stall owner, caught sight of Joel and thus pursued him. Yet, they failed and then tried to apprehend Chafiq, but he fled the scene and ultimately abandoned his home before the Templars could apprehend him.[2]
