Looking back, it's hard to believe we ever lived in a world where machines only did one thing and had such strict limitations.

You can only look at your own genetic memories? Lame. The Animus is the size of a chest freezer? Who has the space for that in their apartments? It's like living in the stone age.

On the plus side, it looks very sleek and it looks like it'd be really easy to maintain. Just dust it regularly, and occasionally, a spray cleaner and damp cloth.
