The Falcon's Eye was a yumi that Yasuke obtained in 1582. That year, Yasuke met with Ota Gyuichi, the former scribe to Oda Nobunaga, and was asked to recover kamon from multiple clans to aid in his historical notes and efforts. Yasuke then collected and gifted Gyuichi with nine crests collected throughout the country, receiving the bow in exchange.[1]
