Khidmah token should probably be treated as a general noun, not a proper noun, just as words for other currencies like florins, dirham, and drachmae are general nouns which are not capitalized. The term is capitalized in the "Favors" tutorial page of the game's Codex because it is being described as a gameplay term/concept there, and it is common practice in the industry for gameplay terms to be treated as proper nouns and capitalized.
