It is for all periods in Project Legacy, including settings as recently as 2003. / Are we sure the appearances list is incomplete? Whiskey is an alcoholic beverage made from fermented grain.[1] Rye is one of the common grains used for whiskey.[2]
History
In the 9th century, whiskey was indulged in many areas of Europe, such as England and Scotland.[3] In fact, Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan helped a brewer in Dunvegan Village prepare his "newfound" drink with his listed ingredients while her visit to the Isle of Skye.[4] By the 18th century, whiskey had become a popular choice of alcohol among the European colonists in the Americas.[5][6]
