Virginian Plantation was a simulated location used by Abstergo Industries's entertainment branch, in order to influence the general public through the console stage of the Animus technology.
The area consisted a typical plantation, with a large estate at the center and various buildings, including pens, stables, a church and other residences, scattered around it. Bales of cotton could be found all over the plantation. The map had three aesthetic variations: daytime, summer night and rainy day.
