Simon Swins (died 1888) was one of Jack the Ripper's lieutenants active in the City of London. In November 1888, Arthur Weaversbrook asked the Assassin Evie Frye to deal with Jack's lieutenants gathered at the Cannon Street station, and she did so effectively, after scaring away Swins' bodyguards, allowing her to eliminate him.[1]
