Scevola Spina was a knight in Constantinople during the early 16th century who was inspired by Verulo Gallo, an Italian knight who lent his abilities to the Templar cause. Spina loyally obeyed the Templars without question, eliminating any targets that they ordered him to go after. Like his counterpart, his weapon was a Titanic Greatsword.

In 2012, his genetic memories were used by the Templar company, Abstergo Industries, in the training of their animus recruits, under the title "The Knight".
