- "Pointy metal death on a string."
- ―Official Playstation Magazine's description of the Rope Dart.
The Rope Dart was a weapon used by the Assassin Connor during the American Revolution. It could be thrown from up in the trees to impale enemies, before being reeled back in to be used again.
It consisted of a long rope, 3-5 metres long, with a metal dart attached at the end. The Dart was thrown with the free end of the rope anchored to some object or caught in one's free hand. Once the dart struck the target, the rope could be used to reel the weapon back to the user.
Trivia
- The art of wielding a rope dart is called Sheng Biao in Chinese martial arts.
