Muhammad IV was the Hafsid King of Tunisia, reigning from 1494 to 1526.
In 1511, Muhammad IV accepted bribes from the Templars to allow only Templar-approved merchants to bring goods into the market. However, these bribes were stolen by Ottoman Assassins sent from Constantinople by Ezio Auditore da Firenze, and put to other uses.
